The kind of morning every skier dreams of: the Gran Risa all to yourself, at dawn.

Skiing while the mountain is still silent, the snow perfectly groomed and the first light painting the Dolomites, Bun de Gran Risa is much more than an early-morning wake-up call. It’s a rare chance to experience the Gran Risa, one of the most iconic World Cup slopes, before anyone else, when it’s still untouched and reserved for an exclusive group of just 15 participants.

At 6:50 AM, the Piz La Ila lift opens its doors just for you. Waiting at the top: a piste freshly groomed overnight and the crystal-clear quiet of Alta Badia at sunrise. This is where an experience begins that blends adrenaline, technique and pure scenic wonder.

Guided by two instructors from the La Villa Ski & Snowboard School, you’ll dive into the world of the Gran Risa like a true insider: targeted warm-up, course inspection, technical tips and behind-the-scenes insights into how the slope is prepared for the World Cup. On your second run, you’ll start from the official race gate and tackle a short slalom through the poles on the final section of the slope, while a professional photographer captures your best moments. At the end, you’ll receive the official diploma and the “Bun de Gran Risa” race bib.

For those who want to continue the morning, a panoramic breakfast awaits at Club Moritzino, the perfect way to savor the sunrise and the satisfaction of the day’s first turns.

To make the experience even more exclusive, participants also enjoy the Audi driving experience: 40 minutes behind the wheel of the latest Q, RS, and e-tron models, discovering the power of electric mobility in the stunning setting of Alta Badia. ​
