Yoga at Altitude with Movimënt Alta Badia: On June 21, Practice Meets the Dolomites
On June 21, in celebration of the International Day of Yoga, Movimënt Alta Badia and Yoga Dolomites invite you to experience something special among the Dolomites: a day dedicated to breath, mindful movement and well-being at high altitude.
Practicing outdoors, surrounded by the Dolomite landscape, means experiencing yoga in a wider, more powerful dimension. The mountains are not just a backdrop, but an essential part of the experience: silence supports concentration, the clear air deepens the breath and every movement finds a more natural rhythm.


Important infos:
The day includes two practice sessions, designed to welcome both those approaching yoga for the first time and those who already practice regularly.​
  • At 10:30 AM, there will be a Hatha Vinyasa class with Marcella Belardi. This is a fluid, dynamic practice in which movement and breath come together in sequences designed to build energy, balance, mobility and focus.
  • At 3:00 PM, an Iyengar® Yoga class will follow with Chiara Travisi and Alexandra Din. Iyengar® Yoga is a precise and mindful practice focused on alignment, stability and listening to the body, ideal for improving posture, strength and presence.
The collaboration between Movimënt and Yoga Dolomites comes from a shared vision of well-being: movement, personal care, respect for the landscape and the desire to offer authentic experiences in Alta Badia. 
Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat and reserve their spot in advance.​
